Supers are grind time. Everyone has a part of their job like that - e.g., taking inventory at the end of the day, grading papers, filling out paperwork, whatever.
It's not the core part of your job, but it helps your business if you do it. It's also repetitive as hell, and nobody likes doing it, even if you find a way to make it less painful to do.
People will find ways to get as much of the benefit of grinding it out as possible without having to actually do it. Teachers using scantron and making things multiple choice so they don't have to grade by hand (even though you can't ask all the questions you'd like). Setting up your inventory in such a way that taking stock is faster or outsourcing part of it to your lower-level employees (even though it may introduce some inaccuracy), simplifying the paperwork (even if that means you don't get as much data when you compile it). And so on.
It's the same deal for them. If you promise you'll read all the supers, you will get more of them. But that means you have to grind out the reading part.
The "compromise" is that you don't promise you'll read all of them, or promise you'll read some level (e.g. red ones only). Some people may get upset, and others will stop sending in new supers in the future if there's no guarantee -- but that's the tradeoff. More supers, or more time. Take your pick.
Just like the above examples, it's super easy when you're small. If you get 10 supers during a 2 hour stream, you can just read them as they come. If you get 50, you can read them when you feel like it and catch up on all of them at the end with no real burden. The further you go up from there, the more of a burden it becomes, the more you have to defer to "super reading streams", and the more energy you have to invest to keep that up that can be spent on something else that would get you a ton more views than a "super reading stream".
So you have to decide where you draw that line, balancing time investment, sanity, and opportunity cost.
