Just because Gura used the power of the old man to obtain her first Dairy Plant stage complete doesn't mean you ojisans can get a fat head about being useful. It was a total fluke as well as Gura's impeccable chest luck that got her through the stage, especially with the weapons/passives she picked up. With Dairy Plant out of the way, she's continuing to show off her godly luck by picking up Gold Chests left and right and getting five powerups in one go. Goddamn how does someone with no chest on her body get such luck with chests in Vampire Survivors...good thing Gura actually kind of sucks at surviving so it doesn't matter how good her luck is. She's at least really cute when dying!
