A more comparable job would be something like teaching, where teachers still typically have only 15-20 hours of actual time in the classroom, and it's still considered one of the most stressful jobs. That said, I don't think streaming is more stressful than teaching, but they share a lot of similarities with tradeoffs for both.
Now if you have a call center job that is a living hell you wouldn't wish on anyone, but even then you have scripts to follow.
There are certainly streaming styles you can adopt to go for regular 70 hour streaming weeks, but you would likely end up with a very different audience and holo. I wouldn't mind seeing Kiara do 5000 Strand runs in POE while repeating 'watch my BV starter guide video' for the hundredth time to new people in chat, but some people certainly would.
