I think she's legitimately very funny (and very cute). Solid entertainer who tries a lot of different stuff, works hard, and cares deeply for her fanbase. She's very based for not shying away from issues, for advocating for herself and others, and for confronting people when they fuck up.
If I remember correctly, she was the one who immediately spoke up during an AnimeExpo interview to tell the MC "Hey, you skipped Ame's answer". That was nice...
She was definitely shaky at debut, but she got way better at streaming once she gained confidence, stopped caring, and left her rat-infested apartment in Japan.
