Seeing them navigate through things, solve problems, and do well is all anyone should want for their oshi. Mori's problems are fairly easy to solve, looking as an outsider, but for her it means doing something she never has: taking a step back and relaxing more. She feels guilty if she's not on some grind. She legitimately doesn't know how to sit still, even with the improvements she's made to at least try to sleep more.
Her managers should be helping her avoid overlap, even if she just has to say "something planned that day." And keep it in her own calender. The workaholic business-lady needs to slow it down just a little.
I still consider all of this improvement compared to the end of last year with the animation or in the starting months where she was falling asleep while streaming. I want to believe the second base will be good for her in a lot of ways, even emotionally since she won't be living full time as a foreigner. Not to mention all the collab possibilities it will open, which she will be thrilled about when they finally can meet.
