A theory that I have is that flagged users will definetly be more affected and not have their chats show up in the archived log, but I can only guess since I don't work at YT. As an example scrape I did a few months ago on MikeNeko's 3-14 stream:
Archived scrape:
16,034 messages, scrape starts at 2022-03-14 05:56:17 UTC, ends at 2022-03-14 07:38:33
Live chat scrape:
52,918 messages, scrape started LATE at 2022-03-14 06:41:54 UTC, ends at 2022-03-14 07:44:55
As you can see, there is a massive difference in the message amount when comparing the two. Even starting my scrape script late, the actualy live chat shows a much bigger number of messages.
Mikeneko's stream had 51k viewers, nowhere close to Miko or Salami. In otherwords, like the other anon says, Hololyzer chat data is not accurate. There is no fucking way Miko only had 17k and Salome 22k messages during their streams.
