For me? It's a two-storey 4 bedroom house with a front garden, driveway, garage, back garden, patio, shed, space to add a kennel, a small greenhouse. Which is in a private, gated location that's only a 20 minute drive from the local high street and railway station.
I'm probably going to be living in a commie block flat
