Regardless of individual talent Nijis just have the 2view mentality of grinding it out and doing whatever it takes to grow, because that's where all of them came from doing their reps as 2views. Meanwhile Hololive hired a bunch of non-streamers and got exactly that.
It's too late to act like Hololive made a mistake hiring these girls as this is exactly what Yagoo wanted from the English branch, talented creators who have a passion for content but not necessarily for streaming. Myth and Council were never intended to be full-time streamers to begin with, I'm sure management are perfectly happy with their current stream hours otherwise they'd force them to stream more. Particularly for Sana, given what she does for them behind the scenes it's probably still worth it to keep her around despite her lack of streams.
Not that it has to be a competition really, I think Niji and Holo content is different enough that it just provides more variety for viewers. The only ones who are losing out in the current duopoly are those who only watch one company, but they probably don't see it that way since they don't value anyone outside of Hololive(or Nijisanji I guess).
