>>26136936>Please refrain from uploading clips before the source stream ends and the VOD is made public.I think they're preventing the situation back in 2020 where people upload clips while the stream is ongoing, so Youtube sees them as the original uploader, then when the stream ends the source stream/VOD is seen by Youtube as like a reupload which can open them up to takedowns and demonetizations.
