I don't think she's thought this through beyond the principle of the matter. The promotion is still up. She hasn't made her intentions clear outside of the stream and in particular not in Japanese.
What does she think is going to happen to the Japanese deadbeats who buy this bad faith offer in good faith? Is she really going to refuse to sign what they've paid for in direct contradiction to the offer?
She might end up finding a way to sign more, but I don't see how she gets out of signing the copies that are bought through this promotion and is just hoping that the English speaking Deadbeats screw her over as little as possible by not opportunistically double dipping despite her position on the topic.
