That's what every nyanners reads like. Outsiders using identity-based persuasion techniques while insisting they're not outsiders. They're always saying "watch vshojo instead of gura" as well, which feels like a talking point they've been told to repeat.

I know other talented autistic anons have found various shilling agencies that were posting on 4chan. I don't know how they did it, but I really hope one of them reads it and can determine if it's true or not. The possibility it's just a dedicated fanbase of retards exists, but seems less likely.
