I've got family who literally subsists off the income from 3 properties after tax and mortgage costs, which I'll inherent in like 20 years. At least when I'm an old man I'll won't have to worry, but the time to hustle is before you're 40.
>>27731195This country would be a lot better if we downsized office spaces and improved transit for more mid-density housing and commerical zones. Lower cost housing, lower expenses with less physical footprint, more people walking, and also push druggies into a big hole and pave over it.
