>>2880237The only girl I knew that tried to get into "shooters" only played Splatoon and Overwatch.
>Story focusedPretty much any FPS/RPG then, the System/Bio Shocks, Deus Ex, Dishonored, the Elder Scroll games. These have the benefit of letting her melee if she prefers. I think the new Prey would work, it's light on combat and has a good narrative. It is scary, but most are scarier and more difficult. For 3rd person, maybe the Mass Effect games?
>First Person PuzzleThere's tons of these. Portal is obvious. The Witness, NaissanceE (sorta), The Room, the Myst games, AntiChamber, Outer Wilds, Obra Dinn, Supraland. Cover also just got permissions to the We Were Here games, that could work as a TakaMori collab. I don't think she'd be too into puzzle games in general, though.
Anyways, they don't really fit either of your criteria but I think something like Slime Rancher could work, or Satisfactory. Slime Factory can be played by kids and is bright and colorful, but also has a fun gameplay loop. Satisfactory isn't combat focused either, and is similar to Minecraft so it might be good for her too.
