People know that (at least some) they kill themselves to stream all the time and it's not great for mental health or stream quality.
So they let their oshi know that they are not a priority and they can take their time to stream when they are free and want to.
It's a big ass "No pressure" .
You can think it's obnoxious, but people like Mori feel bad when they do not stream. The feeling has to come from them and not from the fans though.
Most people would be happy with streams every day, really.
