For me her graduation is especially tragic because her model is the one that makes me the horniest by far among all the holos and major corpos. I know that no other model will come close to it, unless they straight up copy her gimmick and make another tan, busty giantess, but even then it'll just be a pale imitation of the real one.

No, I was genuinely intrigued on her debut, wanted to watch her more, but was quickly disappointed. She didn't even try to capitalize on any of the lore, she didn't do the only thing she is actually good at - drawing - on stream, and her only joke was being "beeg". So, watching her became very boring very quickly.
I'm not surprised she is graduating, she should have felt out of place herself.

In the announcement, she says her only motivation the past few months has been the supporters she has had, before saying "if only that was enough"
Which doesn't mean "if only there was more" before someone implies it, but that the issues were that Sana having a small but vocally loyal fanbase wasn't enough to keep management off her back.

Her model is indeed the ugliest in the council, yet not nearly as ugly as IRyS. But IRyS has the personality to be a good streamer, so people watch her regardless, and even grew to like her looks. And Gura's rigging being shit didn't stop her from being the most popular vtuber. So, in the end it comes down to personality/talent/effort.

I disagree. I think Sana's chibi Vroid studio tier face is worse than Irys's goblina stylization.
For Irys, at least they were going for something and they did it. For Sana, it almost seems like they didn't have the talent to make it work, which is supported by the fact that her color pallete was off
