In the scene, there is a shot of a farm store with the title "Sneed's Feed & Seed." This is pretty funny because the words rhyme, and Sneed is a bit of a silly name. But if you look a bit closer you can detect the second level of the joke.
Underneath the main name, in smaller lettering, it says "Formerly Chuck's." This is even funnier because it implies the farm used to be called "Chuck's Feed & Seed," and that the owner must have realised it would be better to change the first word to make it rhyme, even though Sneed isn't a real name. Most casual fans will not pick up on this subtler second level of the joke.
