I appreciate the direction you were shooting for with orange man but you have to remember you're marketing to Fujos, so you still have to make him "pretty". Think Sett from league of legends. make his scarring more aesthetic, make him look less like Aran Ryan from Punch out.
I honestly think blue bois design was better originally, with the exclusion of the cloud stuff, and the more creative use of the hard light.
I like what you've done for the alchemist boi, but you've kind of made him TOO girly where if you told me they were female I'd believe you. Then again people like femboys. I'd fuck this character. I just think you could have done more to make them identifiable as a male. give them a more masculine looking nose, thicker eyebrows, whatever. anything to evade the classic criticism of "you've drawn a girl and called it a boy"
