hololive might've not struck gold on the EN side since Myth, but Myth is carrying hard. whether if it's Mori getting her songs on the top of spotify lists, or the fact that Gura has become so ingrained in vtuber culture that NijiEN's own talents accidentally called another member Gura.
holoproductions doesn't need to get more talents, it just needs to maintain its top talents

If half the budget for holostars have been used as bride to get the EN girls in JP to use the JP enormous asset EN3 anouncement would have balcked out the entirety of the Vtuber sphere. It will still mog niji when it will come but only barely now.
