I don't see why this is a hard concept for anyone who is not being purposefully disingenuous to grasp. It's like getting distracted by the superficial similarity of dipping into lewd stuff, while missing the substantial differences in the implications of the stuff.
That is the difference between something like lewd fanservice in a 3d swimsuit debut, and something like talking about how hard your hookup at the bar blew your back out last night. Both nominally involve sexual topics, but obviously have very different implications.
Or in other words, it is okay when JP does it, because so far they are empirically the only ones who have demonstrated a capability of doing it, naturally with some exceptions and edge cases here and there of course.
