At the end of the stream Haruka (green moose) started bringing the surgery and tried to make everyone wish her good luck, all in good nature.
The problem is that Haruka is autistic and didn't get that Pomu was trying to not talk about it, and instead of getting the clues she kept going on and on about it while Pomu was dying in the background.
