MAYBE in a split, it can happen, but that's rare, unless they're exceptionally calm as a split.
For a place like this? Where everyone talks about everyone? EXCEPTIONALLY hard to make people all work together and create a coherent idea.
The best you can do is create a framework as an individual, then get help from outsiders here to finish it and/or bring it to completion. But for most projects, if you can make the framework, you may as well just do it on your own and become massively successful in your oshi's eyes as an individual. Because at the end of the day, ANYONE making something for their oshi would want to be known by them personally for it.
The only exception was an idea that was reliant on gathering funds together and writing a script, the two things where collaboration (fundraising and editing) could actually work and would actually need outsider help to accomplish.
