I think she has a slight speech impediment which distorts her accent enough to make it hard to place (though those soft/invisible h's do sound like somewhere in New England, I lean toward Rhode Island because it's got a much less obnoxious sound to it then Boston), and she doesn't really sound like a NYC kid. plenty of farmland in Rhode Island too.
