Ok I will summed it up:

Mythia doesn't have the kind of mentality to be a big entertainer like Kobo, so growing from 30k subs to 600k subs in 3 months and having the highest ccv in ID beating all of Holo ID took a toll on her mind. So she did stupid things after stupid things to debuff herself.

Now she's reclining but she's happier, still the biggest ID indie with an average of 1k-2k ccv and occasionally >5k.
But thanks to her Kobo won't be as popular had she not broke through the market outside of the usual vtuber watchers.
Mythia and Kobo alone are the only reasons ID market is inclining since earlier this year.

If it truly affected them as much, we would have seen huge losses everywhere.
Those particular streamers were probably either outliers with more viewers than expected not in JP or that somehow got filtered the same or their streaming habits had changed.
They also don’t have the same tell tale issues that streamers with badly affected viewership have such as long waiting room recovery times, slow CCV growth, and saw tooth graphs.

It's true for most of them though, you can't exactly call them outliers. It's much more likely that the cull was offset by the growth on many JP cases. Just look how fast Pekora was growing.
