>31224606Anon, it's ok to cope.
>>31224703I will try to be as objective as i can and choose the same fucking song to not be biased(even though I am picking up a song when IRyS was having throat issues)
>Moonahttps://youtu.be/_0C7On9XRfYFucking amazing at high pitches. Not even kidding. But when she is singing the slow parts, she struggles. She also struggles at changing the tones. Also contrary to the problems that most people have, her voice breaks when she is singing the low parts. At 2:35 it's amazing how she does go for the high pitch, but overall the song is inconsistent.
Now let's go to IRyS
>https://youtu.be/Bd0UQye6OxA1:05 a smooth transition between the the shift in tones. She is consistent.
Moona goes from a 6/10 to a direct 10/10
IRyS goes from 8/10 to 9/10
Coming to the anon who put the rolling in the deep of Moona, explain how is it better than IRyS?
I will use a a terminology that will make look like a nerd here.
IRys is like Messi from 2014-2021.
She is not always the best at every single note and all, but she is so consistent that it's hard to look at flaws. Moona's rolling in the deep is amazing when she say "Rolling in the deeeep" but overall, she is nowhere close to IRyS in that song.
At 0:18, 0:22, 0:28, 0:40 of her song, pls see for yourself anon( 1 only checked in the first 50 sec). Her tones are out of sync. You really think that makes her technically better than IRyS???
IRyS sacrifices a lot of soul for technique, and people may not appreciate this, but as person who was into classical music, it's something I can't admire enough. I don't think she is the best Hololive singer as that spot belongs to Rikka from Holostars followed by Suisei, but atleast appreciate her technique. I doubt anyone in Hololive is as good as her when it comes to technique and this is coming from a Hoshimachi.
