If you work your ass off, at the peak of your life, you might burn 1 pound of fat per day. Literally doing 5 hour workouts every day and eating almost nothing. Someone more normal might expect to lose 1/2 a pound of fat per day, but only if they work really hard, at least 1 hour of strenuous exercise a day.
