1. Vergil was legit a talentless leech hanging off of DiBiase, Piper, and Hogan for his entire career
2. He is a major conman at conventions, basically throws signed 8x10s into the hands of anybody who makes eye contact then demanding $20 bucks for it
3. The story behind that picture is that he lied to the Convention Organizers by saying he could get Ted DiBiase to appear with him. Of course he pockets the entire appearance fee for the both of them and never asks Ted if would even show up. He has also done this more than once.
