I've been browsing 4chinz less and less. This is the first time I've been here in over a week. I think I can go for a month and then a year next. I have been drawing and animating more in the free time that I have now. One of my recent videos got me 10 new subscribers.

Was out of shape after an injury last year. Only did about 5-8 miles a week at best. Do ~20 miles a week with average of ~6000 feet in elevation. Trying to swim more. Donating 24 hours a month to charity. Feel pretty good.

Was gonna stop drinking every weekend and ended up drinking 3 times a week for over a month instead
Was gonna work towards 2pl8 OHP but ended up barely working out
20 min cardio a turned into none
But I watch less vtubers than before so maybe thats an improvement
