Your best bet is and always was some sort of trickscarf bullshit, but if you run that you might as well go with any of the faster and better Pokemon that do that. Lati@s can trickscarf and they're superior to her in every way.
If you were running some sort of boosting set, Clefable and Latias are obviously better in every way.
Gardevoir-M is too heavy of an opportunity cost to run, even if it makes her wear a wedding dress.
