I'm sure Cover could eventually start to branch out and get legitimate permission from creators to react to their videos.
I can only see good things coming from that because I feel like Cover cordially reaching out to get permission, as opposed to the people who are basically reacting illegally all the time without even asking, would make a good impression and put more pressure on people to get permission to do things properly. It would probably even embolden some of those creators to start issuing copyright takedowns on the "reacters" who didn't actually ask for permission to react (which they are perfectly within their legal rights to do), and would overall increase the quality of "react" related content as a whole by setting the standards higher (i.e, if you want to react to videos, you need full permission and can't just watch the videos all the way through while at the same monetizing the clip and getting more viewers and views than the original content you were reacting to).
Obviously this "react meta" of essentially stealing content can't go on for ever, so a big company like Cover cordially reaching out could kickstart a more reasonable way of doing things
