Headcanon, fanon and speculations not based on canon NijiEN facts are excluded. Within the tier, power level are ordered in descending order (i.e. left is stronger than right).

Contrary to what some people think, Shu doesn't have the power of god or anything like that. You can argue that he was saved by god or whatever in his debut lore video but it doesn't mean he is as powerful or has those powers. He can use curse magic though so there's that.
Vox & Fulgur:
Vox's only power is that he can maybe enchant a few hundred people, and that he has decent sword-based combat ability. In his debut lore, Vox lost to an army of ordinary human samurais -
