-Must speak English and Japanese fluently
-Must be in Tokyo and commute to work (because Japanese boss wants to see people)
-Must accept mediocre salary (how much can you really pay people for "managing" a streamer)
-Difficult to evaluate impact, so shit career progression (your streamer might explode on her own even if you're doing nothing, or bring in mediocre income even if you're working overtime)
I can't imagine anyone waking up and thinking their life's ambition is to be a talent manager
