The idea that people want to watch a specific gender is not some super rare special thing that only happens to vtubers. twitchthots have figured this out ages ago, people watch women because they want to watch women. And there's a good reason most those girls don't randomly start pulling men into their streams because they know full well their audience doesn't want it.
yet for some reason vtubers don't get this, and girls who have traditionally only/mainly collabed with other girls will randomly start doing streams with men and acting like its the audience's fault for being upset their content has suddenly changed into something they don't want.
