Gura simply can't be mean to people, it's not in her makeup. even when she tries to be mean it comes out as awkward and cute and she always apologizes or stops herself.
if she can't be mean to others she won't be mean to her audience.
Gura does streaming with a simple rule of thumb "leave them smiling, and wanting more". She doesn't do marathon streams, she doesn't stream every day, she doesn't stream stuff she doesn't have fun streaming. because then it won't be fun for the audience.
I know some people wish she would have finished elden ring, but in her last stream of that game she was miserable, she stopped chatting she was getting frustrated. eventually she picked a fight with a titan, lost a few times, got some laughs and funny screams and called the stream to an end, and never streamed it again. She knew this game needed too much brain power to properly be entertaining when streaming, and it was far too frustrating for her to be happy when doing it. so she stopped.
this is how you leave your audience wanting more. you make em feel good to watch. do your silly stuff, have fun, and don't overstay your welcome.
