The girl tied up should have a look on her face of fear and/or excitement depending on the context, there should be indications of sweat, tears, saliva or... other things; signs of motion, struggling, shaking, tension against the ropes. It should almost always be PoV, unless it's showing a provocative angle or making the predicament more clear. The best art tells a story - about how she got there, how she feels about it, and what's about to happen to her.
Inexperienced artists or people who aren't really into it who draw it anyway fail to capture that aspect. It's not an easy thing to draw.
