Miko probably copped a feel, and Peko got bent out of shape and offended. That drove a wedge in their friendship. From what I've heard they're on better terms now, but Pekora made her boundaries known, probably with help of other people she sometimes does off collabs with and know her in a less professional environment, like Marine or Noel. Marine has actually gone over how private and personal Peko is in person before, she was surprised at how reserved she was. Being very knowledgeable, however, Marine understood and has treated Pekora with respect. Honestly, I personally wouldn't be surprised if Marine confronted Miko about it herself in defense of Peko. Either way, very little information on this subject has been made clear, and anything could be speculation.
