They could easily do 8 am meetings, which would be at an extremely reasonable 4-7 pm for NA. Even if Japanese managers were lazy fucks who loved to sleep in, they could do the meetings at 10 am and they would start at 9 pm for the east coast.
Instead they're doing meetings in the middle of the fucking night, at 2 am PST. Do you know what time that is? That's EVENING in Japan. What's the justification for having NA talents stay up into the middle of the night when your offices have been open for the past 8-10 hours, and you could have scheduled an infinitely more convenient time for a meeting at any point?
