So basically in the early days of /vt/ someone took a clip of when Mori went to the bathroom and made a fake edit to add some loud farting, then proceeded to post it here. Because it was fake, it resulted in the poster immediately being executed by a public ban. But for some reason this somehow made the meme worse. Whenever someone wants to shitpost Mori, they always make a reference to farting. I get why she's a popular target for haters because she's one of the coolest people in Hololive as well as one of the most popular so it's easy to see why people are desperate to take her down. But I don't get why they focus so hard on associating her with farting. Especially since there are other people who have actually farted on stream, but she hasn't, and is only associated with it because of that fake-ass video. I mean, it's kind of childish to think it will have any impact on public opinion, isn't it? Why would that ever make someone stop liking her? It just feels like what a young child would think makes people angry.
