>>36104924>I straight up think much less of Nijisanji in general for allowing this kind of stream and for this kind of behavior to go unchecked, and that sucks.Management for all branches doesn't need to be consulted for streams beyond getting perms and maybe making a connection to someone else. On top of that, they explicitly know better than to try and help with livers mental health issues because the five times they've tried over the years have all blown up massively in their face because, as you'd might expect, they're not professionally equipped to handle that on any level.
That being said, I completely agree with you that this shit should have been shut down from the get-go, as there's a 0% chance he didn't speak to either other members or staff members about this, and at any point someone could have said
>Maybe it's a bad idea to do a reverse-trauma dump with monetization to a fanbase that'll give you hundreds if you complain about stubbing your toes? but they didn't. Maybe it's the family aspect keeping people from being completely forthcoming, maybe nobody actually thought that far, maybe nobody was ever consulted at any point or maybe he just completely ignored them because he's menhera/greedy. I lean towards the last thing but even I know my knowledge is cursory at best so I've no handle on any aspects of the dudes personality so I can't say for sure what it is, but monetizing a mental illness and touching on one you're not even actually diagnosed with is fucking scummy no matter how you spin it, especially so for a fanbase as rabid as his.
