...Though, buying a console for a single game would be a bit extreme so it's likely going to be on PC for convenience sake (MCC, more specifically).
Also, Xbox never did that well in Japan so there's probably not that many Xbox-exclusive games that got released over there.
At least Botan had an Xbox360 she used a lot.
