I tend to have a rotation of vubers rather than an defacto Oshi
>hololivejpkinda just dropped these fuckers anymore,
yeah some are pretty iconic & memorable but its too annoying to only watch sensationalized & rehashed translated clips rather than enjoy dipping in & out of streams in the background of your day
>Hololive ENOriginally Gura due to knowing her predebut shitposting self, but she seems to have lost a decent chunk of her creative joy/is over managed/restrained by her idol company (Cali & Ame grew on me fast in the start) Currently my En Oshi is Cali since she is a cute dork with malding tendencies she barely controls, she's just herself & lets people take or leave it anymore
Ame is just too powerful, she is a force of vtubing trend nature & thus had to be contained.
>HolostarsVesper is a Chad, he embraces his old nerd/cringiness with stride (all the other boys never chill/flow, try way too hard to always be cool/force a meme/be teehee I'm a lil quirky)
>NijisanjiI rarely watch clips of these guys, maybe its because their 1st gen seemed like a bunch of mormies IDK
don't know hardly any of the vtubers in this company. (I'm open to being introduced & awakened if there are any kino flavors)
>Vshoujo Mousey is just semi-annoying childhood friend energy (there's a reason she became top Vtuber during twitches peak)
Nazuna is just a easily excited/bullied cinnamon roll of broken english w/ automatic translated subtitles (flame me if you wanna but she didn't deserve the hate in her previous life)
>>36186748I've been watching Vesper well before he joined hololive as a Vtuber.
(He used to be an indie Orc Vtuber with an Office worker aesthetic for those who didn't know)
The dudes not changed a bit & is a great upstanding guy. He's a real fun loving/possitive guy who deserves all the love he gets.
I think he's bummed he can't be as close/interactive on a personal level with his community, but that comes with the territory of getting big & in a company.
