Insane girls crave something else than dick or rather they do indeed crave dick but not just dick.
Show affection, be the good boyfriend, help her or buy her drugs and she's yours. If you can see her trying to fix herself like actually attending therapy and taking meds then try to treat her as normally as possible, of course take into account that she needs some special care. If she's the "damaged but steady" type then you might actually live long enough to see her improve and maybe you've found your future wife, especially thanks to your actions. If she's the "hopelessly self-destructive" type then pump and dump. Don't care about her, she can kill herself literally any day, not even intentionally. If you're a stone-cold sociopath then that's easier, I'm not however and I'm trying as much as I can to do it diplomatically. I know many girls who have passed away because of a fatal drug overdose, tragic accidents partially caused by their tainted thought processes or badly treated self-harm wounds. Some of them were my friends and going to their funerals was heart-breaking. Dying before the age of 30 or even 20 is something none of you would want to witness.
