Ame has shown to have good self-discipline; she practices her Japanese every day for instance. She also has shown to have a very good work-flow strategies can follow a schedule well.
You guys are gonna cringe at me saying this, but it's also why I think Axel Syrios doesn't have ADHD. Despite his smooth-brain meme, Axel can clearly focus on his work for hours at a time in order to grind out covers.
I think Gura is a good example of someone with ADHD. Of note especially is how she avoids texting her managers. I can't really describe it well, but anxiously procrastinating communication like this is a very ADHD thing to do.
