Ina is a human host for a lovecraftian entity, she can die with the right prep, but the actual entity cannot die.
Kiara is an immortal phoenix that can revive upon death, even Mori can't fully kill her despite being Death
Hence, it should be a choice between Kiara and Ina for the strongest Myth, depending on whether you think a magical phoenix can kill Ina or not. If she can't, then Ina's the strongest, if she can, then Kiara's the strongest
