In her announcement stream, she talked about how the year was kicking her ass and how the stress was building up. When her doctor told her that the cause of all her health problems came from her heart, she considered graduation for a bit, since it was an end-cap to an already shitty year.
That being said she decided to make an effort to get better instead and said she's determined not to graduate, but it boils down to whether she maintains her lifestyle changes
