Movies are different, for one most actors go through training to be good at playing a character, but most chuubas don't
Also, streams are a personal, casual entertainment experience while movies(and other similar media) have an actual plot with planned character arcs, conflicts, etc.
The latter is designed to make suspension of disbelief as natural as possible, unlike streaming, where it's really based entirely on the personality of who you're watching
