>>37158588NTA but the shared discord was leaked accidently in what the second week of Altare streaming? If something like that existed on the JP side do you really think some similar leak would have happened by now? I think it is far more reasonable to assume what we are generally told is correct, they are different branches with entirely different management structures and collabs are organised through managers, that is not to say that some of the talents don't talk behind the scenes and I agree that it is rather pointless to speculate about it.
The shared discord on the holoEN side however is just another sign that management are pushing for more integration than the JP side ever had, they share some of the same managers, they organise collabs in said discord to the exclusion of girls who are not interacting with the stars.
If they had the same structure as holoJP, the girls who wanted to collab could choose to do so anyway through any number of channels but the existence of a "holopro" server makes it that much harder for the girls who don't want to collab to do their own thing and ignore them like the JP girls do. If nearly half the girls are hanging out in the unity server, organising collabs there ect. where does that leave Gura, Fauna, Mumei, Kiara and IRyS?
Never respond to invitations in the holopro discord because of the potential for surprise males? Two different cliques forming? None of that is good for holoEN unity and although there is nothing fundamentally wrong with some of the girls wanting to do stuff with the stars occasionally the separation was important and management made a mistake getting rid of it.
