Mori in particular has it a lot more complicated than most by how she does so much to cater to different timezones, plus having home based on two continents and how unpredictable her sleep pattern can be.
I'm sure that there are some JPs who might benefit from schedules too and maybe some ENs who are regular enough to go without, but without Mori schedules I'd either miss out on far more content or wreck my own sleep schedule and other plans trying to guess when a stream might happen.
It's extra work but I love that she goes those extra steps for us. I also don't mind if there ends up being guerrilla content on top of any plans, or if planned streams get cancelled or delayed (within reason). The schedules should be there to support rather than constrain.
