I think she tries to stick to games she can just pick up and not struggle with, which is why we end up with boring shit like kirby, and goes out of her way to seek out cool little indie games because she's mentioned having been involved in indie gamedev in the past and probably empathizes with the creators. Honestly there are definitely holos with worse game choices; I really appreciate her weird indie picks.
