>>38532006>>38531763>>38530920>>38530683To clarify If Vesper got fired I doubt it would hurt Hololive much from the JP side since they're not very related.
I'm mostly saying it because compared to the previous cases of Hololive members that have taken breaks, Vesper's case was extremely ambiguous and left too much for fans to assume. Imagining the scenario that Vesper said something like "Alright I can't work with these people, I'm out" it would basically kill the entirety of Holostars EN since they sold themselfs as a united group from the beginning, as a legitimate guild.
Without Vesper Tempus isn't a guild anymore, they're just a bunch of regular streamers trying to stay relevant with what little resources they have left.
If Vesper left due to him being unable to work with management, it would basically pain Hololive's management as someone that is too oppressive with their employees, something that's been hinted a ton of in the past if we look at Coco's situation as well as Irys (both from JP and EN branches respectively)
That being said I doubt Vesper would legitimately quit Hololive seeing how much he enjoys his job and Tempus as a whole, but in the extremely unlikely scenario that Vesper does leave due to management issues, Vesper can cause some massive PR damage to Cover as a whole if he proves that Cover is a difficult company for a foreign to work with. (Though that's just my fanfic)
