However, it's not like such amazing chuuba can easily be found, and not like chuuba from other, more convenient, timezones are failures either. If two (or more) applicants are on similar levels, it's understandable that Cover will likely prefer the ones that can target those other markets first.
It's not like Cover is vehemently against EU market. They didn't force Vesper to change his EU timeslot zatsus' time, for example. It's just that it makes more sense business-wise right now to prioritize other markets (namely NA or Asian, since they can't go back to CN after all).
